Following a 24-year corporate career in engineering and HR, I chartered a new course by developing my own “multiverse.” As an entrepreneur, executive coach, podcaster, and sought-after consultant, I’m on a mission to ignite leaders to live and work with purpose and passion. Through my corporate consulting firm, KJP Consulting, group coaching program Flux to Flow, and podcast “Her Next Chapter,” I guide individuals, groups, and companies on their journey toward doing what they love and loving what they do.
