Hello, I’m Steph Pierce!
I’m a passionate and engaging leadership coach, writer, podcast co-host, and style maven. My multiverse brings all the things I love to do (and do well) together in support of organizations and individuals. Here is what I want you to know about me:
I support organizations to maximize their talent to achieve business goals. By leveraging my degree in Industrial Engineering and decades of HR expertise, I’m disciplined about identifying opportunities and solving problems at the core. Incorporating a strong analytical approach with my interpersonal and organizational savvy, I bring deeper insights and thought leadership that strengthens leaders, teams, and individuals. By establishing trust quickly, I create stronger pathways to results. I have worked with Founders/CEOs and executives from large multinational organizations, small businesses, and nonprofits to build and grow strong leaders and leadership acumen.
I encourage and support women in embracing the changes that life can bring and adjust or reinvent their professional lives to maximize joy and achieve their individual goals. I challenge individuals to be exactly who they are, unfettered by what they should do but rather focused on bringing what they want to do to life.
With my authentic approach, I gather diverse groups to deepen their relationships, build confidence, and move forward faster. I hold a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering and an MBA from Northwestern University-Kellogg. My first goal along with my husband, James, is to raise our three daughters to be confident, kind citizens of the world. I model our family values through my community work on board positions with Edina Give & Go, The Minneapolis Foundation, and ModernWell.
